Your project matters. And we’re determined to see you succeed.
With over 250 mining clients in Canada, we know what you need.
When you’re in charge of a massive project, the pressure is on. But diamonds are formed under pressure and we’re here to ensure you shine bright. We’re determined to see you and your mining project succeed, so you’ll always receive the absolute highest levels of customer service.
We’re no strangers to the travel needs for the mining industry. Even with 250+ mining customers across Canada and nearly 1000 globally, every single customer still receives extreme levels of service from their dedicated travel managers.
The question we get asked the most from each project manager is, “With so many clients, how do we know that we’re your priority?”
Here’s how we prioritize your project.
From the start, we work with you to understand your project objectives and determine your specific travel needs. Some projects require rotational crews with high volume, others might require smaller teams but with more complicated, long-distance travel.
We then hand-pick a travel manager who has the specific capabilities to cater to your needs, whilst delivering the exceptional service that we’re known for. We only give your business to travel managers who have the capacity to take on your project.
You’ll meet your dedicated travel manager early in the process and we also assign you a customer success (CS) manager. Our CS manager will provide proactive solutions and suggestions on how to get the most out of your travel program, whether it’s for one single project or multiple projects. That means that they’ll provide recommendations to help you streamline your own internal processes. We do this through reporting (such as arrival and departure reports) so that you can see everything you need to. Another popular report we run is the ‘Hotel check-in and check-out’ report, which helps ensure that everyone is accounted for.
This is travel on another level.
You’ll also receive relevant reports and guidance to use in any of your AGMs. We have plenty of clients who use this information to be transparent about the work they’re doing, which can also include any offsetting data you might want to provide.
When it comes to managing large-scale rotational travel needs, we’ve got you. We have loads of examples that we can provide to you on how we have been able to quickly get hundreds of travellers booked. Our teams have created systems that are unique to each client’s needs, and still manage to provide huge volumes of changes/adjustments within the timeframe required. Of course we’re biased, but we honestly believe that our team is the best in the biz. We work together to provide speedy turnarounds because we operate as nimble smaller teams (maximum 6 people) rather than large call centres.
Lastly, emergencies and after-hours. We get that the nature of mining projects means that things can often change at the last second. We have an in-house team that manages any and all emergencies, but we also have the capacity to lean on your dedicated travel manager for extreme circumstances. Basically, we provide the level of service we know you need.
We’re your biggest cheerleaders and we do whatever it takes to make sure your project is a success.
