Your travel consultant will always be sure to keep you (or the lead project manager) and your people on the ground informed of any road bumps that arise, while your CSM will be there along the way to review the travel policies and travel program to make sure it's working smoothly and efficiently!
Your team will always have someone to call if they’re in a jam, and if it’s after-hours, we’ve got a team for that too.
Keeping track with traveller tracking
Now that’s a tongue twister! Wondering how you keep track of your people in destination? Jump into Melon and utilize the traveller tracking feature. You’ll be able to keep eyes on where they are in the world and view real-time alerts for each destination. Check out this 90-second demo.
You can also use the reporting function to look at the check-in and check-out reports which give you great visibility to which of your travellers have arrived in destination and who’s heading home. Keeping track of your people has never been more simple!

We get it, developing your travel policy and getting the team on board with compliance is tricky. We want to make sure you have all the missing pieces, so throughout the onboarding process we help you build it and give you the tips and tricks to make sure that compliance is a breeze. We’ll also check in over time to make sure the policy is up-to-date and supportive of all your team members.
During the recommended onboarding process, we make sure you have the training and education you need to get up and running and give you the tools you need to share the knowledge with the team. This process is what we find works best with many of our clients.
However, if you’ve opted for a bespoke onboarding program, we’ll hold your hand through the process and help get new people up to speed on bookings, how to use the Melon platform, and more. We'll teach you about building traveller profiles and keeping them up-to-date (which helps big time when dealing with large numbers of turnover!).
