Above and Beyond: Anna Williams, Global Procurement Director for Unispace, shares her experience

Thanks to booking through Corporate Traveller, Anna wasn’t left in the lurch when her reservation was cancelled due to a delayed flight. 

I rang the out of hours support team, and the guy who answered the phone was incredible. He kept me on the line, found one two blocks down the road. He stayed on the phone whilst I walked to the hotel, he made sure I was safe. When I arrived, he spoke to reception for me and made sure I got all booked in and the room was paid for.
