Our Values and Philosophies
Egalitarianism, irreverence and ownership. Three shared values we place above all others to help us make informed decisions and solidify our company culture. It’s how we do things around here; guiding what our people do and driving our organisation forward. Read more about our culture and values here.

Our Perks
Meet the Parents
We’re proud of our roots. It’s been a wild ride! Our founders started a tour bus company back in the 1970s, to explore the world with like-minded travellers. From that first bus, our parent company Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) built a gigantic entity, spanning 40+ brands and 100+ countries.
FCTG was built on the foundations of an amazing customer experience. Corporate Traveller provides clients with benefits galore, which keeps us competitive in a fast-paced and evolving industry. We have an exceptionally strong financial history and we’re a publicly traded company on the Australian Stock Exchange…you can even access our share programme as an employee.
The Ultimate Travel Party
Every year, Flighties from around the world meet to celebrate our collective hard work and achievements at Global Gathering, our annual ball.
It really is the must-not-miss event in the Corporate Traveller calendar. It’s a celebration of our people and culture; work hard, get recognised for it and have fun along the way!
2022’s Global Gathering was held in Las Vegas, 2023’s will be in Bali. See you there?
So, meet you soon?

So you have applied for your dream job, what happens next?
A mahoosive thank you to all our staff!
Even during the toughest of times, Flighties (that’s what we call ourselves!) pull together and show our resilience. It’s been a rollercoaster of two years for the travel sector but it’s our determination, people and culture that pulled us through. We still achieved a lot!
After the two years we’ve just had, our Summer Ball was an opportunity to reflect on that time and celebrate how far we’ve come together.
And of course, catch up with those that we don’t get to see every day.
